Tropical Storm Harvey moved inland Tuesday as it moved toward Texas. The National Hurricane Center says it's now closer to Houston and about 15 miles off the coast of Corpus Christi.
NOAA says it has recorded 2mm of rain over several cities as well.
Hurricane Harvey's death toll has risen to 35 after officials reported 15 confirmed deaths with many more confirmed by reports of injuries. That totals nearly 9,000.
The National Hurricane Center says Harvey is moving over the Gulf of Mexico and heading toward the Texas coast.
The storm is forecast to continue moving off into Texas and into Louisiana on Thursday night.
